I’ve always been interested in Treasure Hunting, even as a kid read books on the subject and fantasized about finding a big trove, plus would metal detect and pan for gold with my Father.
In 2018 read Forrest Fenn’s “Thrill of the Chase” and realized I had solved the poem. In June 5th, 2020 I was in West Yellowstone with a Buddy and had the intent to cross the Madison at 9MH and grid search the next day, but received several texts asking if it was us that found the treasure. “One day late and two million dollars short”, as they say 😉.
Took a hiatus for a couple years then Jon Collins-Black released “There’s Treasure Inside” and was hooked once again. Also heavily involved with Justin Posey’s “Beyond the Maps Edge” following Netflix “Gold and Greed” documentary and most recently started Chad Birds “Trezor Quest”. I tend to migrate towards those bigger $1,000,000 plus hunts.
I really enjoy this Treasure Hunt Community and have made many great lifelong friends along the way!!! That’s where the real Treasure is Found!!!
